The purpose of the first article of the Communique on the "Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Clarification Obligation" published in the Official Gazette dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356, has been defined as "In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law no 6698 to determine the procedures and principles.”
Hereby the clarification text has been prepared for the purpose of; as the data controller entity, personal data collected, stored and processed by our company to be informed to real person, customers and customers’ employees in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data titled “Informing Obligation of the Data Controller” and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be followed in fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER TO THIRTH PEOPLE AND ITS PURPOSE
It complies with the regulations stipulated in the 5th provisions contained in the Company's Code of Article , regarding the processing of personal data of a Special Nature contained in Article 6 and in the article 8 th -9 th ; for the transfer of personal data and the decisions published by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Special qualified data are not processed and transferred without the explicit consent of the data owner.

The intention of the “legal reason” contained in the first paragraph (ç) of Article 10 of the Law is which of the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law is based on the processing of personal data within the scope of the disclosure obligation.

Your personal data, (with the reference of the 5th article of the Personal Data Protection Regularion ; the articles describing the Terms of Processing of Personal Data;) is collected in accordance with its legal reasons and stored within the scope of legal periods and the conditions required by the work
Art.5/2-a: Foreseen in the laws,
Art.5/2-c: Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract,
Art. 5/2-ç: The must status for the data controller in order to fulfill its legal obligation,
Art.5/2-e: For the status of Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right,
Art. 5/2-f: If it is mandatory for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not damage the basic rights and freedoms of the person concerned,
Our Company does not collect data without a valid purpose and a valid legal reason or on the basis of explicit consent.
Your Rights
Pan Lojistik Hizmetleri AŞ , in accordance with the article 10th of the KVK Regulation , informs the personal data owner about its rights and guides the data owner on how to use these rights
Related person rights is regulated according the KVKK, art.11
You have the right to demand it by contacting the data controllers in accordance with the article 11 of the KVKK;
a) Find out if personal data has been processed,
b) Request information about your personal data if it has been processed
c) To find out the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
d) To Learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at locally or abroad
e) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7
g) Requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (f) and (e) to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
h) By analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, one don't argue with the emergence of a result against one's self
i) In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, to ask compensation for the loss

If the name, surname and signature of the Personal Data Owner / Interested Person are written in the application, T .C identification number for Turkish , and for foreigners, nationality, passport number or ID number ,subject to the notification , residential or business address , notification e-mail address, telephone and fax number, content of the request ,must be specified on the subject of the information and documents must be attached to the application.
Applications will be accepted after Pan Logistics Services A.S control and confirms the authentication and it will be answered in written or electronically within the legal period. Your requests contained in your application will be completed free of charge no later than thirty (30) days depending on the nature of the request
