YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER TO THIRTH PEOPLE AND ITS PURPOSE
It complies with the regulations stipulated in the 5th provisions, regarding the processing of personal data of a Special Nature contained in Article 6 and in the article 8 th -9 th ; for the transfer of personal data and the decisions published by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Your personal data; For the purpose of Planning Human Resources Processes, Managing Employee and Intern Candidate Selection and Placement Processes, it can be transferred to the HR units within the company and group companies in order to submit it to the evaluation of the relevant department within the company and to confirm its suitability for the position.
THE METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR THE COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The intention of the “legal reason” contained in the first paragraph (ç) of Article 10 of the Law is which of the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law is based on the processing of personal data within the scope of the disclosure obligation.
Personal data of references; Employee candidates are collected through the website and other digital means, CV, application form, sending information by e-mail, verbal information in interview interviews, and employee candidate reference information on the human resources platforms from which service is received.
You must have been informed by the Employee Candidate about your information conveyed to us by the employee candidate in accordance with the KVKK legislation and your consent should be obtained. Otherwise, please contact us so that we can destroy your personal data immediately.
Your Rights
Pan Lojistik Hizmetleri AŞ , in accordance with the article 10th of the KVK Regulation , it informs the personal data owner about its rights and guides the data owner on how to use these rights
