Our company; It attaches great importance to the processing and protection of personal data of employee candidates applying for a job in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

Hereby the clarification text has been prepared for the purpose of ;as the data controller entity , personal data collected, stored and processed by our company to be informed to employees candidates in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data titled “Informing Obligation of the Data Controller” and the Communique on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER TO THIRTH PEOPLE AND ITS PURPOSE
It complies with the regulations stipulated in the 5th provisions, regarding the processing of personal data of a Special Nature contained in Article 6 and in the article 8 th -9 th ; for the transfer of personal data and the decisions published by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Special qualified data are not processed and transferred without the explicit consent of the data owner.

THE METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR THE COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The intention of the “legal reason” contained in the first paragraph (ç) of Article 10 of the Law is which of the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law is based on the processing of personal data within the scope of the disclosure obligation.Personal data of employee candidates are collected in electronic and physical environments, by using the website and other digital means, by sending information via application form, e-mail and KEP, by being interviewed in person in the interview evaluation, through the information and references provided by the Human Resources Companies and consultants from whom the service is received. It is obtained within the scope of legal periods and conditions required by the job.
Your personal data, (with the reference of the 5th article of the Personal Data Protection Regulation ; the articles describing the Terms of Processing of Personal Data;) is collected in accordance with its legal reasons and stored within the scope of legal periods and the conditions required by the work .Our company also does not collect data without a valid purpose and valid legal reason or express consent.

Related person rights is regulated according the KVKK , art.11
You have the right to demand it by contacting the data controllers in accordance with the article 11 of the KVKK;
