This clarification text is intended for the persons whose personal data is collected, stored and processed by our company as the data controller, by means of visual recording of cameras; It has been prepared for the purpose of informing them in accordance with the Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data titled “Informing Obligation of the Data Controller” and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Clarify.
The Purpose of Prosessing your Personal Data
Your camera images; It is processed and recorded for the purposes of Ensuring Physical Space and Building Security, Ensuring Personal Security, Tracking Requests and Complaints, Creating and Tracking Guest and Visitor Entry and Exit Records, Providing Information to Legally Authorized Persons, Institutions and Organizations, and creating evidence in Legal Situations.
TRANSFERRING CAMERA IMAGES TO 3rd PARTIES AND ITS PURPOSE
Your camera images can be transferred to legally authorized persons, institutions and organizations, to the General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies for the purpose of providing information, to all kinds of judicial authorities for the purpose of creating evidence in legal cases, to your authorized lawyers, our lawyers and to the company that provides technical support regarding cameras.
THE METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR THE COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
With security cameras, your visual data is processed and collected in digital environment by recording images in order to ensure the safety of the building/facility/warehouse areas and the employees and other persons in these areas.
Your visual data, Personal Data Protection Law;
Art.5/2-ç: Art. 5/2-ç:The must status for the data controller in order to fulfill its legal obligation,
Art. 5/2-f:: t is mandatory for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not damage the basic rights and freedoms of the person concerned, are collected and processed based on legal reasons.
Your camera footage is deleted and removed from our records within 15 days.
Your Rights
Pan Lojistik Hizmetleri AŞ, in accordance with the article 10th of the KVK Regulation , it informs the personal data owner about its rights and guides the data owner on how to use these rights
Related person rights is regulated according the KVKK , art.11
You have the right to demand it by contacting the data controllers in accordance with the article 11 of the KVKK;
a)Find out if personal data has been processed,
b) Request information about your personal data if it has been processed
c) To find out the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
d) To Learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at locally or abroad
e) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7
g) requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
h)By analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, one don't argue with the emergence of a result against one's self
i) In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, to ask compensation for the loss
